Recently I did a 10 day detox of bread and sugar. I noticed changes right away. The first day or two I did eat more than I normally did, but then it leveled out and I could go longer between meals and not feel ravenous. I felt really good on the inside and it began to show on the outside.
It is amazing how much changes when you let go of bread and sugar.
I am not making a case for or against these items. Both have become part of the staples that we all keep in our homes. It almost seems unreasonable to not have bread as part of our daily meal routine. I know, I get it. All the fun foods have both in its ingredients list.
I want to suggest a 10 day detox for all who are reading this. 10 days with no sugar (Stevia and Honey are fine but no aspartame), no bread of any kind, no deep fried foods, no sodas, no heavy sauces, very little salt, one meat item per day. Lots of water, fruit, vegetables, beans, nuts (preferably no salt), teas, and coffee are fine- just remember only Stevia or Honey to sweeten.
I believe we are preparing for a harvest in the natural. We need to get our natural bodies in a place where we can be ready to move forward when our orders come. A 10 day detox is a good starting point. Let us prepare to start this last week of October to end the first week of November. -SAF-
