Last Saturday we joined together with other ministries and community services to bless the people of Four Corners with much needed food.
Cars lined up with their trunks opened to receive boxes and boxes of food for their families. It was such a blessing to see folks get out of their cars and give our volunteers a hug. I had the privilege to pray for a woman from Venezuela. She was overwhelmed by the care and concern of not only the ministries in the area, but of our Country. Tears were streaming down her face as she told us how difficult things are for her family that’s still in Venezuela. I was able to pray for her, her family, and for the country of Venezuela.
Our communities are filled with needy people. They may not always need food or clothing. They may not always need school supplies or a car to get them from place to place. They will always need love and support. These events give us the opportunity to show the love of Jesus Christ and let them know we not only care about their spiritual needs but their physical needs as well. --SAF--
